My name in Ron Litten. I am a graduate of Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music with a BA in Philosophy and Religion, and a graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree.
I grew up in Hagerstown, MD and moved to Virginia after meeting my wife at college. I have been a citizen of Virginia since 1982. My wife and I married in June of 1984 and have raised two sons, Josh and Zach. Josh is living presently in Manassas, VA, and Zach lives in Blacksburg, VA and is a Student at VT.
Roberta, my wife is originally from Stephens City, VA, Just south of Winchester. She is a graduate of Shenandoah with a BS in Mathematics and is a Math teacher at Rustburg High School.
I have been serving churches in Virginia for over 28 years. In that time I have served 6 different appointments, and 12 churches. This is my seventh appointment and Thirteenth church. Throughout my life 13 has been my lucky number.

 | Choir Director, James Schaar
James Schaar-Came to Boonsboro as Choir Director in November 2005, and brought a freshness to our music program. James and his wife Betty live in Amherst and have four adult children. James' interest and abilities in music range from Gospel, to Bluegrass and Country. He participates in musical events in Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia, playing piano, mandolin, and guitar as well as solo and group singing. James is also employed with the school system in Amherst, Virginia. |
 | Lay Leader, Todd Morris
Todd Morris is our Lay Leader, he and his wife Becky have three sons, Jeffery and Josh who are employed in the company business and Joey, who is in college at Liberty University. All three participate in various phases of church life and other social activities. Todd and Becky own and operate a local construction company. The entire family take a very active part in church related activities and Becky also works full time in a social assistance program. Todd is the worship leader in our Sunday morning worship and speaks in various programs of the church. |
 | Church Custodian, Sharon Hall
Sharon Hall is the Church Custodian, she is married to Barry Hall and they have two daughters, Jamie, who is married to Jeremy Garten, and Rachel who is in college. Barry is our Finance Chairperson and co-chairs the Board of Trustees. Sharon is Education Director and is the President of the UMW, Co-Chair of the Prayer Tree, a telephone prayer ministry, and supports many other church programs. She also works full time in a local firm. |
